So Old Hillsbrad foothills and Arcatraz got...reworked

Arcatraz sentinels now move and attack, this is not what happens on live, and if you are stuck with 0-1 ranged then your healer is very unlikely to keep up, ruining the run, this has made the dungeon much harder and more annoying then it already is.

Old Hillsbrad Foothills. Sure the millions of text that thrall was yelling at was amusing and annoying, but at least he ran, and he didnt take 5 minutes to start a new action. It takes 20 minutes to get from his cell to the barn. Its even worse then Black Morass.

Being the one that reworked the Arcatraz sentinels, it was based on documentation from wotlk and videos - if this is incorrect please post it on the bug tracker.
