Will the honor points reset when TBC hits?

I would think arena points would reset, honor points should stay in place , yeah?

Well, I saw alot of people saying it will reset and alot of people saying it will not reset.

Only Arena points will reset. Admins/GMs confirmed it some time ago but ppl still spread misinformation.

Currently the plan is to only reset arena points.
Honor between Vanilla > TBC, TBC > WotLK, and WotLK > Cataclysm did not reset in Blizzard's retail. We will be basing our decision off of that precedent.
