Baron Charr

I am just curious if someone knows if Baron Charr is on this server. I am trying to get the Ace of Elements to complete the Elemental Deck. I have seen it on AH so it must have dropped off something.

The only two creatures that are spawned that drop them are HYDROSPAWN and LORD INCENDIUS
