Check out the video guys !!!! play in low speed and watch carefully how i am spending my runes, also this video is mostly about correcting the 95% of the server's frostdk rotation after the FROST STRIKE fix u can check it in ur recount that even with STRENGHT gems obliterate still pulls more dmg than froststrike.
Follow this rotation and u will see improvement in ur frostdk dps.
