Guide on finding your way

I'm writing this guide for those that cannot find their way with general descriptions. This guide is especially for Darchrow.

[Raid] [Alyce]: ik east west stuff man.. say right or left
[Doggee] whispers: what is west???? wilcox??

There are four main and four alternate ways.

Main ways:

North
South
East
West

Alternate ways:

North + West = Northwest
North + East = Northeast
South + West = Southwest
South + East = Southeast

See the pictures below for a better understanding of things.

I hope this guide was helpful to some people.

You just explained the cardinal directions as up, left, right and down. In Darchow's defense, it would be the same if you said left or west.

You forgot to mention that your guide only works if you have the map/compass perfectly aligned with the longitudes facing towards the magnetic north.

you really have to find shit at everything don't you

you have a map and a compass ingame, you can access your map by pressing M and you can determine what way west or east is. quit defending your bff's for the sake of bullshitting me

Notice in this image the player is facing south-east, judging by the minimap.

And there seems to be a body of water to the north-east.

You are great Wil , and also remember folks to hold down SHIFT button and press M button, to see Your mini Zone map in South East corner of Your screen , so You can see bases and team mates in bgs without having to bring up Your map all the time ~
