Remember that Lifebloom should NOT be dispelled (your best bet in this case is Spell Steal).
Also (off-topic), I don't know why on earth people get Nature's Splendor talent (Balance tier 3) on PVP Restoration Druids. I mean, its heal over time is crap, and you want to get only the final heal. The talent makes it last longer. Rejuvenation and Regrowth will be dispelled anyways...

Now them paladins can bind their dispels to mouse scroll, just drag dispel spell to BindPad window, convert them to BindPad macro, and edit it to make sure it has mouseover functionality
