Update:
Got the ach. A buddy and I was about to do it the same way it was done in the youtube video. We got one picnic each, placed it, click our basket and got our achs without eating the cookie.

Note: I helped a friend with this ach and failed the first time. We were in Dalaran, but in Runeweaver Square (in the middle of dala). Could it be that this ach checks the subzones name instead of the zone?
