[Tutorial] HOW TO LEVEL UP FAST
[Tutorial] HOW TO LEVEL UP FAST
Not everyone knows that there are a couple of tricks that allow you to level up faster, of course without going against our Rules & Policies.
1) Battlegrounds
With Battlegrounds you can face players of your opposite faction and, each time you kill one of them, you will gain a lot of experience. This way to get experience is much faster than quests.
Once you logged in, join Battlegrounds queue to start as soon as possible.
For new players, keep in mind that:
- You must be at least level 10 to join Battlegrounds queue
- After you joined queue, you must wait that the minimum number of players for each faction is reached before the Battleground starts... you can do quests meanwhile!
- To join queue press H button, then select "Battlegrounds" (on the bottom-left of the window which just appeared) and click on "Join Battle" for each available battleground:
[hide][/hide]
Important notes:
- Battlegrounds are divided in brackets: 10-19, 20-29, ..... 70-79 and 80
- In order to avoid facing players with a too-higher level than your own, it is better to levelup quickly when you are at the first levels of each bracket [ see 2) ]
- You will probabily meet 19 twinks at 10-19. Don't be scared, you won't meet twinks again in brackets from level 20 to 59
- Doing Battlegrounds you will also learn honor points, which you can spend to buy strong equip items at Champions Hall (Alliance) and Hall of Legends (Horde)
2) Deliver quests in the proper moment
When you face a player of a too higher level than yours, you will often miss. For this reason it would be better to quickly levelup at first levels of the bracket. Delivering quests in the proper moment is a good trick to skip the at least the first level of the bracket.
Suppose you are at 20-29 bracket. When you reach level 28, if you go questing, complete quests but don't deliver them. Keep them completed in your quest log.
Meanwhile enjoy to play Battlegrounds with the highest levels of your bracket, and get exp doing Battlegrounds only.
Yes, this could slow a bit you for a while, but when you'll reach level 30, you can deliver all quests and get level 31 (or more). This way you skipped the most difficult and suffering level of the next bracket, 30-39.
3) Vote to get Heirlooms which grant you +25% bonus exp
Heirlooms are items which have the ability to scale to the level of the person wearing them with stats equivalent to a Rare quality item.
You can reach a +25% exp bonus (in killing monsters and completing quests) purchasing Chest, Shoulders and a Finger (10+10+5 %). You can also purchase other heirloom items, such as weapons, which don't give you exp bonus but help you to be stronger and faster in doing quests.
Heirlooms can be purchased at our shop using webpoints:
[hide][/hide]
You can earn 20 webpoints per account a day though our vote system. This limit can not be exceeded.
Voting sites allow you to vote once every 12 hours. You can bypass this limit by changing your ip address, you can do it simply by restarting your router or using software like tor. So you can wake up and get your 20 webpoints in few minutes, every day.
Have fun!

I could comment something here about this ...... but lm gonna support this anyway
Re: [Tutorial] HOW TO LEVEL UP FAST
Also, you can always make a ticket to announce BG for your level
Example: "Please announce 30-39 WSG"

Cheating is bad. Using an item to cheat is bad. Regardless of how said item was obtained, use of said item is bad. Bad people will be banned.

Re: [Tutorial] HOW TO LEVEL UP FAST
You missed out a lot of points.
First of all, if a battleground is call to arms you will gain a WAY higher amount of XP, which you didn't mention. Sadly the only bg going at 1-79 is WSG so call to arms would be a rare ocassion
Secondly, RDF. What could be better than simply grinding out a few mobs, get a nice XP boost from them and that combined with all the blues that drop from bosses (combined with the truewow bug where BoE items drop way more frequently so expect to see hella lot items from trash as well.)
I'm sorry for criticing but those are just the basics. A proper leveling guide mentions the following stuff:
*Would it be better to quest, or grind? Or maybe do them all together? Where would it be better to grind, and where it would be better to quest? Maybe I should just sit in SW/Org and wait for my rdf or bg to pop? Which bg brackets are the most popular? Maybe it is better to level at a specific level in a specific area for people who love to PvP, because there's a lot of action in that specific area, therefore bringing fun, which doesn't make the leveling faster but increases the mood. What other ways are there to help your leveling? (example: buy stuff at the AH with your main, due to the truewow drop bug there are a lot of cheap blues on AH) Should I team up with someone or quest solo? Maybe we are powerful enough to 2 man instances? etc, etc, etc.. there's lots of stuff that I did miss too, probably, so this is not the end of it.

Re: [Tutorial] HOW TO LEVEL UP FAST
All of this is pretty obvious, at least the BGs and Looms part, what would help people level better is to become more methodical about it, for example:
1. When you go to a new zone, set your hearthstone to an inn at a location that has a lot of quests available, this will allow you to turnaround quests quickly and efficiently.
2. Always try to do all the quests you have in your log, except for ones that require you to leave your current questing zone. This way, once you do complete them all, and are far from the turn-in location, you can hearth back to your inn, submit them all and gain a fair bit of experience with efficiency, without having spent excess time on traveling back and forth for each quest.
3. Choose the right talent points, not from the perspective of an endgame guide, but from one that is tailored for levelling (Rogues taking Unfair advantage for example).
4. Glyphs - People may think the effects glyphs have to offer are relatively insignificant until endgame, this is absolutely ill-founded; getting a good glyph will make a world of difference, right from level 15. Minors are not so important, but Majors should be mandatory.
5. Cut out a levelling route that makes sure you can quest comfortably, from zone to zone; for example, one can quest in hellfire peninsula right from level 58, but if you enter hellfire at about level 60 or anything after, you'll find it a lot more comfortable to level in, because the quests will be yellow (good experience), yet without being at a disadvantage (being 2 or more levels lower than the mobs you need to kill).
6. As much as possible, avoid conflict. This is something a lot of people should not dismiss in the name of this being a PvP server, conflicts just set off a chain of additional conflicts until one party gives up/logs out. Mind your own business and let others mind theirs. It may be tempting to kill the lone priest at half his health from time to time, but save him the trouble and save yourself the time spent on doing this and fending off retaliatory attempts. Seek to avoid zones that are well-known for world PvP skirmishes (Stranglethorn Vale, Tanaris in particular).
7. Get some good bags - this is optional, but doing so will ensure you can carry more, either to collect quest items or make money off vendoring/auctioning/gathering(mining/skinning/herbalism). Netherweave bags will do just fine till level 80, no real need to go crazy on glacials or portable holes.
8. Go shopping - This is optional too, as it requires some investment in terms of gold; its good practice to check the auction house for items in your level range from time to time, as having these will also make it easier for you to complete quests comfortably.
9. Keep potions handy - Keybind potions somewhere you can access them quickly, it saves you a lot of time in the long run, instead of having to die to a mob and come back to try again.
I hope this helps, good luck levelling.
