It's longer than 41 yards, but shorter than 51 :D
Somewhere in between.

Bluebell wrote:I dislike putting averages on procs, as there are better times to use them, yes it's a set amount of haste, but you can use it during a trinket or class proc to get more benefit.
It's just for players who are interested in comparing different stats from different professions, but it's definitely common to use it during procs/spells for higher damage/heal output.
Justicelight wrote:As a ret paladin, in pve, I use these timed with Avenging Wrath (wings), start: wings+haste, 1 minute later: haste proc, 2 minutes later: wings+haste.
That's probably the best way to use it.

Updated the Alchemy portion since Mixology has been fixed by Nyeriah.

Thanks Demol for the um, value adding =D But yeah I agree with Bluebell in that average values of procs can only be relied upon for fights like DBS where you will definitely be able to take full advantage of each and every proc ++ constant dps = proc comes as soon as icd is done. Though I would still say that the Tailoring Spellpower back enchant is preferable to every caster. Idk about 45 sec icd though. Some say it's 60 seconds.

ICD On the tailoring caster enchants SP/Mp5 are 60 seconds, a 45 second ICD would make it stronger when compared to other profession bonus's to SP/Mp5.

Damn, just tested, and it is 60s on Lightweave. So ti means it is actually 73.75sp/sec instead of 98.34sp/sec.

They really are 60 secs :O so many guides and forums confuse them I guess with the 45 secs ICD of Swordguard Embroidery. Even Sexycooldown addon shows that the cd is 45 secs, but after testing it out, it actually procs after 60 secs had passed.

Fixed the values.

Yes the addon is wrong, the ICD is actually 60 secs on TrueWoW AND Retail.
You can check for yourself the pics posted by Relina taken from Rawr which happens to take retail mechanics and calculations.

Wondering if this topic can be moved to the "Wow Guides" section, now that we have one.
