There are issues here and there though, for instance needing 20 cages to complete that Winterfin caverns quest (or it was so last time I leveled) is present here too. Just wanted to say this is a really cool thread! This optimizing/theorycrafting while gearing up is one of my favourite parts of the raiding game for every spec, so the nerd in me loves this thread.

Tested on TrueWoW with both a Human and a Blood Elf Paladin. I learned Judgement just fine on both at level 4. It showed in the spell list when I went to the trainer at level 2, and it still showed (and was trainable) when I went back at level 4. Perhaps this is a PrimalWoW issue, or maybe you have ...

Not much of a WG player, but I agree with Tenebro that it's hard for someone who doesn't visit the forum often to know what's okay and not okay in this case, and the ideal case would be for the bugs to be fixed so GMs wouldn't even have to deal with reports like these.
