maybe read the sticky before post, every quest that has you saving people from cages have the same issue with resetting

changing guild name requires someone to change it in the db, has been done before but i think was only for large guild mergers

The event Zazalane's fall is not active that's why there's no Npc's, quest's seem to work up to preparin for battle, gm would need to activate the event and someone would have to change the start dates end dates in db for it to stay active

There is a problem since you dont need to be exalted to buy the boa echants(on TC). Noticed the boa head enchants you can buy dont require rep to purchase either though.

Using Skyreach Crystal Clusters item inforont of the weather shrine should spawn a cluster of crystals that can be clicked and destroyed to complete the quest. When the item is used nothing spawns so you cant complete the quest.
