When you and roommate plan on both playing at the same time for a while, submit a ticket saying so in-game. You will be observed if a GM is available and need to demonstrate you are 2 people playing on the same IP sufficiently for the GM.

Asking a second time will not change the answer. Staff have settled on not providing acheivements in these sorts of situations. Sorry you feel this bugged out on you, but GMs will not add Achievements in these sorts of circumstances. Best of luck in the future.

I've switched your race change flag to a character customize flag. You should be able to change appearance and name now. Let us know if you continue to have issues, and remember that you may have issues with receiving mail until the first server reset (Wednesday).
