Nobody that I know of ever grinded a specific mob succesfully to get one specific recipe. That is because as mentioned, many loot tables are incorrect and the armory shows even more incorrect data. That druid spell is called Lifebloom, even if the mana cost nerf gets reduced to 20% that spell will still need adjusting because it restores mana based on its original cost.

I think it should be 25%, 1:1 with the damage reduction which is also currently at 25%.
