Request granted because the other players has been inactive for a while. It was their main character with 3 times as many hours logged.

It should be only name conflicts. As said in the announcement, the customize is granted to the character that is allowed to keep the name. This was done because for many conflicts it's the same person owning both characters.

I have always said TW will remain unless absolutely not possible anymore. Don't believe anyone saying otherwise, such rumours won't do any good. We can stay online with a lack of developers but having a progressive realm is a different matter.
