Does this transfer process go both ways: TW to PW, and PW to TW? and if yes, what level will the character be if transferred from PW to TW?

How rarely often do the staff off the server give free vp to all player for i think its either the 1'000-100'000 votes thing, or even this range of likes towards the server?

There's Literally no use on debating on how to play the disc healer class, just give your best suggestion/recommendation about it and enjoy playing the game, no use of making the topic into how disc spec is better or worse in pve.

With the official announce date for TBC and the prepatch, that means we Ironmen/Bloodthirsty contenders have UNTIL MAY 3rd to complete our challenge, otherwise it will be postponed until JUNE 7 when TBC launches.
