i 100% agree on arenas, bgs and 1 pvp zone being enouth however pvp balance right now is shit, like utter shit, resil isnt going to fix shit, rewards are absolute shit aswell and if they are going to do what i think they will do (gate pvp gear ONLY through arena) pvp will be dead just like in vanil...

Could it be that your weapon skill is too low? When you hit the orc, does it say "Your skill in <weapon> was increased to <level>? If it does, then you just got to wait until your skill increases and you should be able to hit the target. If that's not it, it could be that you need to find hit rating...
