We have renamed characters, but only if the account is inactive for over a year. In fact this player logged this account today. So I am afraid we are not able to force rename on this character.

What cross-faction features if any are enabled? For example, is there cross-faction chat, grouping, guilding etc? Or can characters on the same account mail each other cross-faction at all? Or is it more the original classic style with no cross-faction enablement?
