Mine is never below 150 but the people who play from Europe usually have 10-60 latency as the server is stationed at France and also they have a lot better internet co...

If I'm being totally objective about this then no, I wouldn't want this feature implemented as it would most certainly kill the class uniqueness. Also it'll make things a whole lot more confusing.
