AoWoW shows the chance of getting the Remulos quest as 10% from a follow up. That means that the chance of *not* getting the quest is 7% over 25 tries (.9^25). So you're at the extreme edge of the curve, but still not implausible.

Its random. Bad luck for you but not all that unlikely. I didn't get the quest until I had done at least 15 logistics quests.

It might be possible to get from the initial hand in as well - you could try running the quest from Cenarion Hold to your faction camp and back until you get it that way.

I changed my UI to only show my debuffs to fix this. Still, very rarely, I will have a DoT not display on the target, even though I can see it ticking (for example, no Corruption DoT showing on boss, but I'm still receiving the healing from Siphon Life from it).
