There are some interface issues that can cause the race change to lock up. I've gone ahead and changed your race to Troll and gender to female. You still have a flag on the character to change their name and appearance. Welcome to the server!

No one told you to not make tickets. Answering the same question twice in two places just isn't the most enjoyable. We'd appreciate it if you did one or the other. Check your PMs, I've answered some of your questions there.

I can see how that could be confusing, but on that page it says: We do not keep track of all realms on retail. For this reason, please select "Retail" below as your realm. You will be asked to type in which specific realm and region you are coming from later on in the application. Just select Retail...

If I understand you correctly - you don't select the individual retail Realm at the first window, you just select Retail (Blizzard).

As I told you in tickets, you have yet to do the Mag'har quests in Hellfire. I've confirmed you haven't completed the very first one in the quest line. If you have an issue with a specific quest, open a ticket in-game.

Are you using any add ons for your PW characters that are disabled for your TW ones? You could try disabling all add ons, see if the problem persists, and if it doesn't you could then figure out which one is the culprit.
