After having tried three times, I assume the achivement doesn't work or isn't implented. Yet I've seen people earn it as late as in January 2013, so I'm not sure. How it should work: When the boss reaches 65 %, she enters phase 2, basiclly hatch 50 whelps within 10 seconds, survive and kill the boss...

Did the requirements for Frost Infusion, which results in a buff that I last for 6 minutes, I believe. To me it seems on heroic that the number of Shards droped vary between 1 and 4, but it should always be 4 shards droped on heroic and 3 on normal.
