what can i do wrong if i write my username and password?

didn't play for a while, and than i tried to log on, but i forget my password, i wrote few times and than i reset my password here in forum, but i still can't log, it says that WoW account is closed and is no longer available for use

i did Loremaster of Northrend and as a reward i could have ability to create Deathchill Cloak,
but instead of that, tailoring trainer in Dalaran teached me how create Wispcloak which is reward when you get Northrend Dungeonmaster achi and that achi i did not complete.
can you fix that?

quest error is that the Worg doesn't appear and when i use QC for this quest it doesn't complete it, but after that i find item that doesn't help me in my inbox.
