Did i get banned or something because it says that my wow account has been closed and is no longer available for use. And if i am banned, for what reason? I havent done anything wrong

Hello i was wondering if you can close the bugged rhc dungeons so we dont have to constantly reque untill we get working one. Or you can fix it by transferring the code from spermik for the bugged dungeons
