the keys for the cages drops but the cages are already open , so i can't "free" them

Hey , this quest is in dustwallow mash lvl37 , you must free 5 prisoners from the cages , the keys dropped at mobs : Grimtotem Elders. Every Grimtotem Brute and Grimtotem Spirit-Shifter , but you don't have what to open because the cages are already open .
