got achivment,help fjord and can close tread

i have been waiting for few days now for some senior gm to come and help me with my ticket,i need help with achimvent for merrymaker,need quest to receive Cake for Tis the season achivment,i would apriciate if someone would help me soon

when you try to use item provided it says Requires Quetzuns body and his spirti be present and nonengaged even if they are there and his spirit not engaged

when you try to attack or do smth to High Priest Mu'funu message says Invalid target.

i died in P3 in EoE and didnt get achivments

orbs are not there,just those guys that floats,and are untargetable

when you turn into LK you cant see Ilidan and cant kill him..
