This quest is still bugged

[13847] At The Enemy's Gates

This is an AT daily; You are suppose to get on a mount and kill mobs (in the south icecrown zone) but yesterday the mobs killed me before the mount I was on, and today I cant even get on the mount.

Using the item 'Partitioned Flask' on any of the three cauldrons on the raised platform at 49.5,34.0 does not collect any samples to complete quest

'Mount and take control of Nergeld. Defend it from the denizens of the Hall of Horrors until Dr. Terrible shows himself.'

Can mount Nergeld, but cant turn or control, no mobs or boss comes to kill. Not in Quest Completor.

Ive never completed this quest - or I would have the title, and I couldn't find this quest listed in the forums, which is why I posted.
