When acquiring this final leg, Temper did not present me with the ritual torch. Attempted to find another one, but no drops since it was a loot table item from previous quest.

Once Anchorite Truuen begins to head to the Tomb, he runs the entire distance. Even when you get attacked by the spawned mobs, he continues. If you stay with him the attacks kill you, if you fight the mobs, then he gets too far away from you and vanishes.

I expereienced the same issue. I attempted both wearing the goggles and once I was drunk enough to see the Wolpertingers. Both times received the message "This spell is not available to you"

On the alliance side, this quest is still bugged. The ray will hit the elephants but does not disperse and does not give credit for hitting them. Tested on the SW elephants.
