Hi. What are the odds for Tier 3 to be available to level 60s (either through the shop or whatever game-mechanic) after TBC launches in Primal Wow? it still isn't available and it doesn't make sense.

Exactly the same as TrueWow, that's why the Recruitment Points are given at level 70.

Hi, my suggestion is to consider reducing the requirements for a recruitment point by 10 levels on Primal Wow, since you can't reach 70 on Vanilla, and thus can't benefit from that aspect of the recruit-a-friend system.
