Says my account has been closed and no longer in use when i used it yesterday. and fixed its password moments ago.

I transfered my Mage from Omegawow and while in queue i had lost access to my internet for over a month. Today i logged in for the first time lacking my mail gold(+ whatever else was suppose to be in it)as well as my main weapon. My Mage is Arcane spec only and i was given a trinket i cant even use ...

I'm still waiting to transfer a character over here without any RS items due to the loss of them if i bring my mains. I would really love to keep them and even wait if I have to but if RS is not going to be released anytime soon why not let us keep the items?

I'm sure many players especially new comers would like to know what is going on with RS. Taking a quick look at everything I have not seen or heard of any posts on this matter. Either I missed where it is posted or it is a old topic.
