Is use of the .qc command allowed to complete bugged quests?

Just mopping up MIdsummer achievements, but was unable to loot the Flame of the Exodar. It's entirely possible I did this quest before and just forgot about it or w/e. Just checking to see if there is some bug, if others can do it etc.

A mail was sent from character "Decima" to character "Volare" containing the BoA bow( Charmed Ancient Bone Bow), ring (Dread Pirate Ring) and trinket(Inherited Insignia of the Horde). The mail had no items attached when it arrived.

This bug is older than the server. I remember it on the Spermik server; massive Hammer crits w/ wings up.

I wouldn't use that bubble macro myself. Spamming Divine Shield in between global cool-downs could cause you to accidentally cancel it immediately and, you know... die. In an embarrassing manner.
