Yes there are tweaks for pve, like hp buff. They also nerfed healing, and in bg's dps has been nerfed too. Problem is that some spells or major talents will be avaible at earlier patch. The talent thingy scares me too. I don't mind having retail talent for pve, as long as the challenge is brought on by hp or dps tweaks, but pvp scares me. i often have a problem related to that on my rogue. casting cloak of shadows vs a pally doesn't seem to have any effect on his damaging spells. I saw it can eat the stun for example but as of the rest nothing seems to be resisted, i still take 'purple' damages.
