If you wore able to master C# I am sure you would not have much problems with C++. You can get your self a copy of source at TC, follow the guide and compile it up. "Does not stacks" is not the same as "Does not occurs with". This means that those 2 buffs CAN occur together, BUT (depends on the game mechanics, but I think second buff "overwrites" first) they WON'T stack their bonuses - you only get 1 bonus at a time from them.
