Transmog wasn't in 3.3.5. It was added in Cata. As such, it isn't Blizzlike to even have Transmog on the server, but it is there.

I don't play on TW, I'm on PW, so I don't have much a dog in this hunt... but, if it is a request for transmog and the concern is level 60 range and below on a level 80 realm, could the stats be removed from the items on the TW realm?

Players get their transmog and level 60 and below isn't affected.

On PrimalWoW, could you make event NPCs neutral to both factions? In a couple dungeons, being grouped with other the other faction, those event NPCs have been killed.
