Usually PVE private servers end up like this. Not because of pvpers QQing or anything like that, it's just that pve servers are for pvers, and pvers have no interest in doing anything else than pve. Ya because there are so many new progressive PvP servers out, it's stupid how people simply say just switch it's not that simple , people are here because they like the concept this server provides

I feel dumb reiterating this but I (obviously) feel like my suggestion is the most elegant solution. Allow players to PERMANENTLY, or at least until they turn it off, flag themselves for PvP.
