Does TW login ever tell you incorrect password, even though you know for a fact you typed it correctly? I get this pretty much daily, but I use the same password every time. I know everyone's human and we make mistakes, but often I know I typed it correctly, but it still rejects it the first time.

I will do as you suggest, but it's kind of sad that the burden of dealing with him and having to ignore him falls onto every player he encounters, rather than making him just stop... or banning.

If he's that way to everyone, then that's more reason for him to not be on the server. It's a game. No reason to be a cursing, threatening jerk to everyone.

I know that only one character per acct can be logged in at once, but does a server-side setting exist that could increase the limit so that two characters from the same acct can be logged in at the same time? For example:

ConcurrentLogins=2

Someone in game chat told me that RDF is broken. I think he said that if you don't have 3 or more players in your party, RDF will bug.

Can someone please confirm this and explain exactly what's going on?

Also, if it's broken, are there plans to try and fix it?
