I don't entirely disagree that there will probably be an issue with the rating requirement on the higher end arena pieces (2200 in arena rating most likely means that you only get there by win trading on a server with this population), but just requiring honorable kills is not a good solution at all...

The reason that it's less of an issue ally-side is because we more frequently have additional people waiting in the bg queue to fall back on. When I do end up in an x vs x+1 scenario, I generally spam guild chat until it evens out.
