If you are getting 1k per kill you are rested xp. Did u transfer a toon and start at 60? I quested almost the whole way to 70. Maybe 1 lvl worth of dungeon xp early. The only zone I didn't touch was shadowmoo valley and parts of blades edge.

Id test it out on PTR. maybe its some sort of dupe protection, and it thinks your trying to post that many items so fast to try to trick the server. Would be curious if it can be produced on the PTR, or on another wotlk server.

Is it intentional that this is effected by the healing nerf on primal wow. Currently it does not add 20 to JoL heals in raids. It does 2%+20/3. Should it not be 2%/3 +20?
