I went with the epoc mount skill first, because I didn't have a need for Dual Spec.

Then my guild master assigned me to Winter's Chill spec, and I got Dual Spec as soon as possible.

I think Cross-faction Battlegrounds is a very good idea. It will make the queues shorter, and it might give people more incentive to actually queue for them.

And honestly, I can't really think of any reasons to not have them. Ones that aren't short-sighted opinions, at least.
