Has anything been done about this lol I haven't played in some time now

I have talked to roel myself, and he doesn't do that anymore. only man that can do that currently is prodigy, and he, as he himself says has no time for it. it has been 3 months since I started posting and pming ppl that my chars r missing. I suggest that u get access to bc database to someone else except Prodigy since ppl r waiting for their chars for too long, for example I am waiting for 2 and a half months already. Every gm/dev I talked to said to talk to prodigy and keep pushing him about char returns, but that doesn't work, since...
