if you logout, login , a npc has the mark to complete the q, but he doesnt talk

the Gossip on Wing Commander Brack which says Send me to the Abyssal Shelf! working fine, but the still the q doesn t
i dont know if this tip helps, but when i complete the task on the flight doesnt appear the message objective complete
