I'm not sure if you are referring to quest Dirge's Kickin' Chimaerok Chops, because NPC named Narain Soothfancy does not start that quest. Npc called Dirge Quikcleave starts Dirge's Kickin' Chimaerok Chops quest. If you are referring to quest for Cooking recipe.

I believe you received answer ingame. But there is only 1 Live server, and 1 PTR, player test realm, where you have some GM commands enabled so you can test spells, dungeons, gear etc. This is PvE server, with all raids working and unlocked.

Launch it from folder. Wow.exe file, you can make shortcut on desktop. Also, make sure you enter in-game account name, not email when logging in

Normally it's located on C partition on your hard drive. so it would be C>World Of Warcraft folder> Data >EnGb >Open realmist folder as Notepad. What ever you do, you can always copy files to desktop, before changing. So you can switch back
