I went back and did a lot of research. You have to do His chain in order to unlock the recipe quest. At least that is what I found on other WoW websites. I have talked to Dirg and the only quest I got from him was the clammette quest. From what I looked through you have to start a quest chain in BWL...

I think I may have found it going to see if the chain quest I found leads to it. I think it is part of the scepter of the shifting sands quest chain. If someone could confirm for me I would greatly appreciate it.

I am trying to find the trigger to start the Kickin Chimera Chops quest chain and I am not getting the starting quest is there something else I need to do before Narain Soothfancy starts the chain?
