Character tranfert

Hi just used the character tranfer from another server to the truewow realm , i though it was the 1v1 tranfert that copy my char but instead got a fresh 80,want to know if thats right like the 1v1 copy doest have any server allowed at the moment and thats why i got a fresh char or why?

The Redemption realm has a lot of content that can be purchased, such as gear and custom bags so you received a predefined character.
